New Business Start-up or New to HR
A package for businesses within their first year, those new to HR or those who need additional HR support this would include:
A contract of employment and offer letter
3 key policies in support of the contract of employment

Option Level 1
Includes new business start-up plus:
- telephone/e-mail helpline service available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm covering legal and general employment issues for up to 100 calls per annum.
- 2 days on-site call out to handle any short term HR issues*
Option Level 2
Includes level 1 plus:
- 14 days on-site call out to support and assistance dealing with any employment matters from recruitment to termination.
- 3 days coaching and mentoring for managers and team leaders on how to handle specific HR policy and procedures*
Option Level 3
Tailored for Clients that require a full Human Resources Outsource Package.
- This bespoke Level 3 package automatically includes level 1 and level 2 with the option to include:
- Absence Management
- Employee Record Maintenance
- Weekly on site cover
- Tribunal Preparation
- Employee Communication Programmes
- Performance and Development Programme, including Investors in People
Option Level 4
Pay as You Go
- HR Project work where a company purchases x days service per month*
* The number of days can be increased or decreased depending on your business need.
